Help! Addressing Envelope

How should we address the envelopes for a fairly casual baby shower?

How would I label the invite for someone with babies/kids?

Also, we are inviting mostly women aside from grandpas-to-be and uncles-to-be. We are also having children there but I'm confused about inviting guest's young sons? What is the age cut off? I don't want to be rude and invite someone's young daughter but not their young son...any advice?
