Baby gift for close friend, thoughts?

So I am needing to get a baby gift for a close friend.  For us, she got us a large 'entertainer'.  I know she will get most of everything on her register and more personal, so i was trying to get her something nice that isn't on her register...

I was thinking this diaper bag (her favorite color is turquise).

I have this diaper bag and I LOVE it.

Then I was thinking about putting a disney dvd and a nice potterybarn blanket with their choosen name on it (Preston). 

Thoughts?  Should I get the diaper bag or get her a highchair or a big ticket item on her register? What would you do or what would you want?
