I don't know about you guys, but I'm starting to feel like a beached whale. It's getting harder and harder to stay motivated when the couch is so comfortable. How close is everyone? I'm an end-of-monther (21st) and I feel like 4-5 weeks is still sooooo far away!
So how were your workouts this week? Are you starting to slow down? Still going strong? What's keeping you from throwing in the towel?
Those of you who have posted about doing HIIT, would you mind sharing what you're doing? I'm probably going to stop running at some point and I need some new ideas.
