31 weeks and painful Braxton Hicks

This is my second child and while the BH i had then compared to the ones now are pretty similar these are like almost unbearable and it either starts hurting from my back and starts getting hard from there all the way to my belly and vice versa. They're not consistent but i do get 3-6 every hour..... Do you think they're BH or something else?
