39 wks Membranes Stripped today

I am 39 weeks along and my doctor stripped my membranes today. She stated that I am 12 cm dilated, 80 effaced, and my station is negative 1.

The stripping was a little uncomfortable, but she pushed on my abdomen in one spot when she did it and it felt like some pressure was relieved. I've had some discharge and spotting since the procedure.
