weight gain slows down or reverses around 37 weeks???

THis is what my doctor tells me....seems too good to be true.....35 weeks along now, and I'm wondering---what has your experience been? Continuous gain? Slows down? loss?

At the rate I'm going....it seems HIGHLY unlikely that the weight will be slowing down. LOL
