Breast pump and insurance!

HI - I'm with Cigna Envoy and I've had conflicting advice from their reps over free breast pumps. One told me I could buy a breast pump before I'm due (I'm due in 7 weeks) and submit a claim (with a doctor's prescription) and I would be reimbursed within 15 days.

I did that, and after submitting the claim, spoke to another rep who said that they won't pay out until after I give birth! On top of that, I've since found out through my own research that I can call CareCentrix and they'll arrange a breast pump for me, as long as it's a month before I'm due.

 I'm frustrated - we've shelled out $350 on a Medela Freestyle and it looks like the best option is to return the pump and go via CareCentrix, in case Cigna rejects my claim twice....anyone have experience with Cigna and their processes? Their staff are pretty useless!
