3D Ultrasound?

Ok so my OBGYN told me in my last pregnancy that I had to go somewhere else and pay to get my 3D ultrasound. But I have met others that go to the same office that have gotten them.... My next prenatal check up (next week) I plan to not take no for an answer. Anybody else have their OB say no?
