Zoloft

I had my 37 week appointment today. The doctor wants to put me on Zoloft because I have a history of anxiety and she wants to avoid PPD at all costs. The medicine is safe for baby now and safe for breastfeeding later. We are starting now because it can take a few weeks to take effect.
I'm just curious if anyone else has taken this or known someone who took it. Pros and cons?
