Things to Think about for Nanny share? (XPost Working Moms)

Technically I am still 2nd tri (26 weeks), but I hope it's ok if I jump over a little early :-)

 My husband and I are considering a nanny share.  We would be looking to either join one or find a nanny with a someone who is due around the same time I am.

What are some things to think about/plan for when thinking about this (that may differ from having your own nanny)?  For instance, should the children be different ages (e.g.  are two infants around the same age a bad idea?).  Are there agreements to be worked out between the families (e.g if your child is sick you need to keep them home, but still pay your portion of the day?)

Would love to hear from any moms who are thinking about a nanny share and what you have planned for or participated in one to see what your experience has been like.
