Hemorrhoids

Does anyone fear that they'll have a hemorrhoid before they even deliver??  I'm on my 3rd one during this pregnancy and it is horrible.  I can't help but think I'll still have it at the time of delivery...I know I'll get one when giving birth, as I got my first one while pushing DD out.  I soak in a warm bath when I can, use witch hazel pads and topical cream throughout my day/night.  Sitting at work all day isn't helping and don't even get me started on pooping.  I fear it.
