Tightness in belly for extended period of time...?

The past couple days I've noticed my belly getting super tight & lasting for over 5 min - sometimes up to 10 min.  Is this BH cx?  I always thought they felt shorter & never lasted that long... 

I don't remember having this with DS.  I'm having a lot more ligament pain this time around - last night I think I overdid it & had some pains on my left side for a few hours - but it was gone this morning...
