Dad OOT at 36 weeks?

My husband is thinking of going to visit his brother in May. This trip would be total leisure, not necessary. I will be 36 weeks pg with our third.

Background-DS was born at 39 weeks, DD was born at 38 1/2 weeks. I was in labor for 12 hours with #1, 6 hours with #2. My 36 week checkup is not scheduled until the day after he would return.

The pros-we live in the DC area, brother lives in NYC, so flights home are easy to come by and plentiful if necessary. 

The cons-yeah, 36 weeks. Thoughts?
