double stroller? Q for moms of 2

DD is almost 4, and rarely rides in a stroller anymore.  But if I am going to be taking 2 kids by myself to the zoo or someplace that involves a lot of walking, I think a double stroller would really come in handy. I would also like to walk regularly after baby is born to help me get back into shape and DD wouldn't be able to keep up with my pace.  I've looked a little bit into the Sit and Stand by Baby Trend.  Any Recs would be helpful! Thanks!
