Lolo has low iron count still as she still nurses and doesn't drink a lick of cow milk. The pedi has her on liquid iron supplement daily. That stuff is Nah-stay. She spits the stuff all the time and it's a big ole fight. So what foods are yummy that are also high in iron that I can feed her to help this situation?
