Waffle/pancake sticks

Any tricks for making these without a waffle maker? We are doing blw [sort of. DS refuses pures but will eat solids but we are not giving him full items to feed himself] I would like go start making him some more finger friendly foods but I'm not sure of the best way. I'd love a pan that I can use for meatloaf sticks or quiche sticks too.
