Anyone else lacking serious motivation?

I'm my own worst enemy here. I'm such a perfectionist and have really high expectations of what I want done before baby makes his/her arrival. I understand not all these things are going to get done and I'm trying to be realistic but what is driving me more crazy is my lack of motivation to do any of it!! Anyone else feeling unmotivated?? I wish the nesting phase would kick in hardcore!
