Cramping

Anyone experienced severe cramping? It's coming and going but hits me at least twice per day. It's so severe I take baths and have considered pain pills but haven't taken them as of yet. I normally have severe cramping during periods but this is even worse than that. It takes my breath away. But I have no bleeding... Just wondered if I am alone? I don't have medical insurance at the moment so going to the doc isn't possible for me right now. Just wondered if I was normal.
