feeling guilty

Ok I have been very blessed. My first was very healthy pregnancy and same with this one. But recently my brother and his wife found out they were pregnant and announced it as soon as the test said positive. Well at her first appointment they couldn't find a heartbeat. So the Dr said it looked like she was going to miscarry.
Well a week or so later she is bleeding and losing the baby. I haven't heard from my brother or my sil. Just my mom.
Also my good friend just had a miscarriage. Shes also in medical school and busy. I found out from a mutual friend. I figured i would just let her bring it up. But in the mean time Here I'm 33 weeks and feeling awkward!!! Idk if I should say anything or not.
My sil and my brother aren't real close but we get along.
What would you ladies do?
