This is my first pregancey I need some answers

Ok so this is my first pregancey I'm going to be 39weeks tommrow I askd my doc this I just want to get more info ok so I used to fill her kick me 10times in a hour I used to almost a month ago but I haven't lately my doc told me that it's cause she's out of room and when ever I go in to my apoments her heartbeat is around 140ish
