Feeling Alone...
Hello,
I am 11 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing nervousness and panic since I found out I was pregnant. Keep in mind, this was a planned pregnancy. My mind can't stop thinking about labor and delivery!! After 2 trips to the emergency room for hyperventilating, my doctor finally prescribed me zoloft and Ativan. I feel so guilty taking the Ativan but there are moments when I feel like I don't have a choice...I need to calm down. I feel like I'm the only pregnant woman who fears labor!! Can anyone relate?? I've talked to my friends, family, and now a psychologist and it seems no one can relate. I would love to talk to someone in the oc area who is experiencing the same anxiety:
