So yesterday I was doing laundry and I was putting a clean sheet on my bed, I barely lifted the mattress to put the corner on and then the pain begun. I had to go to the hospital. I ended up tarring a ligament. It hurts to stand, it hurts to walk. Moral of the story be careful!
