What does your nursery look like if you are team green

this will be our last baby. I have 2 boys and we won't be moving for a LONG time, I don't want a gender neutral nursery, but think I still want to be surprised. I guess I could paint green and then accent with pinks or blues afterwards. What did you do? We did a green/yellow room in our last house but this will be baby #3 permnament room and we don't want to repaint in a yr or 2
