HELP! Family has to travel for birth

OK, I am due with my first in June, and my family has to fly in to be there (they're in Colorado, I'm in California).  However, they want to book flights now (ie, today) and are wondering when they should come out.  My sister wants to come a few days before I go into labor, my parents essentially the day of.  Clearly, I can't predict this...any advice???  I know both of us were born fairly punctually, but that clearly isn't a hard date.  What's the best policy?  Help MUCH appreciated!
