Yogi Mami Yoga for Birth Workshop- Sunday May 12, 2013 11:30am-1:30pm at YogaArts in Point Loma $35 for Mom only, $55 for Couples. Email Victoria@yogimami.com to sign up.

This two hour workshop will teach relaxation, meditation, visualization and breathing techniques as well as yoga postures to alleviate pregnancy discomforts and prepare the body for labor. Only a few spots left! This workshop will sell out!
