Sharp, shooting, muscular pain in upper belly

On and off since I've been showing I've gotten these sharp, shooting pains in the top part of my belly. Maybe 5 times total, and each episode is probably only 4 quick pains. I am sort of sick right now with...something. Mostly exhaustion, some muscle ache, nausea, and loss of appetite, but I was in the grocery store this morning and I had one of these shooting pain episodes and it made me almost double over in pain. It scared DD, and she was giving my belly kisses. I don't know what this is. My OB is a jerk and hates to be bothered with questions, and Dr. Google is not helping. Any insight? TIA!
