swelling

March 2013 in 3rd Trimester

so i have had some swelling.. just like every pregnant woman.. but this morning i wake up and feel like my lips are swollen and my hands are so swollen i have to take my wedding rings off.. my feet are still just as swollen as yesterday.. is this normal?? my mom is worried since pre-e runs in the family.. my BP was 130/78 monday.. and it is usually under 120/80.. i have called the dr.. just waiting to hear back to see what i need to do..

what do yall think?
