Silly PGAL question

I know this is a dumb question so I only feel OK asking it in PGAL. But just looking for reassurance. I'm so nervous about my baby getting dislodged! I know this is an irrational fear but every time I sneeze, go to bathroom, have any sort of sudden movement. I freak out. Today I sneezed really hard and was convinced I dislodged the embryo. I felt all this pressure down there when I sneezed. Ok please don't laugh! Just looking for some positive words for my PGAL brain. Eta spelling
