Moms that measure ahead?

(fyi I posted about this on the 2tri board too)

I am almost 17 weeks and today at my doctors appointment she said my stomach was measuring about 4 weeks ahead. She didnt use a tape measure just used her hands so I am not sure how accurate this is. However, she didnt seem worried and just said it is prolly due to the fact that this is my third pregnancy. Also my second son is almost 12months old. So I am hoping its just left over chub from his pregnancy that I never lost. I am a normal weight, 134 pre preg (138now) and 5' 1 so I was not skinny but not overweight but definitely on the higher side of normal. I am just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them and what it could it mean. I wasnt to worried while at the doctors and then after being at home for a few hours I started to worry about it. I just wish she ordered an ultrasound because now I will spend the next 4 weeks worrying and searching "Evil Doctor Google". Thanks for your thoughts and or advice on this ladies!
