Has anyone ordered from this site recently?

They seem to be taking forever to send me my order...their shipping policy says a week tops but I have not even received and email with tracking let alone the actual pump!?

I have called and emailed and still nothing. I cannot get anyone on the phone at all..and I am starting to worry....
