Low Placenta question??

During my A/S, we found out that I have a low lying placenta. They say that the odds of this changing are pretty high. However, I have an ultrasound next week to see if this has for sure changed. I wanted to know if anyone had this happen to them? I was just curious if this hasn't changed they mentioned I would have to obviously have a c-section, or is the odds of the placenta moving at this point not very high or do they automatically schedule the c-section? What's the odds?
