After a mostly uneventful pregnancy and careful monitoring and maintenance I am currently laying in my hospital bed 15 hours after having a successful c-section that brought my beautiful and perfectly HEALTHY 6 pd 11 oz daughter into this world.  Both of us are doing fabulous, you're a douchebag, and I'm glad you've since moved your practice out of state.
