Worried :(

Today I went in for my 37 weeks appointment and they found protein spill in my urine sample. They sent me to L&D for blood work and a NST. They monitored my blood pressure and LO's heart rate. Blood pressure was fine and I have no swelling and baby was doing great. The blood work came back fine as far as preeclampsia goes, however they were worried about low platelets. They ordered a 24 hour urine test and a follow up blood work and ultrasound on Friday. They mentioned HELLP syndrome because of low platelets and said they will see me Friday. I've looked up HELLP and it really worries me any similar experiences? I won't know more til Friday but I can't help but worry. Today's been a scary day!
