tingle in left calf... should I be concerned?

I started yesterday getting a tingle in my left lower calf. It would mostly happen while I was walking around or standing. I drank lots of water and ate a banana but still felt it in bed last night. It's always in the same spot. 

My SIL (she's an OT) made me try some kind of stretch to make sure it wasn't a blood clot. DH pushed/tilted my toes toward my face and then squeezed my calf. Apparently if there was pain during that then that is a good sign on blood clot. It didn't bother me at all. So I am chalking it up to being a nerve. Has this happened to anyone here? Just hoping I am not blowing off something I should be concerned about. TIA!
