Dog is freaking out

Sooo the last 5 days my dog has been waking up in the middle of the night freaking out...4 or 5 times and wont calm down. Shaking, anxiety, won't sleep, and acts like this all day. Nothing is physically wrong with him. He normally sleeps inbetween my legs but now that I sleep with a body pillow and have a huge belly he has no where to lay or be comfortable. Do you think he knows that I'm pregnant and is just flipping out over it? Or am I crazy? Its sooo frustrating and annoying I literally can't get anything done, even watch tv without him climbing all over me being clingy, let alone sleep at night. I have no idea what to do anymore I started crying today because I am so frustrated!
