3rd Trimester

Anyone else have low platelet results?

March 2013 in 3rd Trimester

I will be 37 weeks this week and just got a call from my OB that my platelet count is low and that I need to go see a Perinatologist and a Hematologist. My counts were 86,000. OB said they get concerned if they drop under 100,000. Anyone else going through this or have already gone through this? What were the end results and what should I expect?
