NBR- we. have. a. MOUSE! Help!

About 3 minutes ago was my fifth official mouse sighting in two years of living in my apartment, which was too many after the first time. I live in a (pretty nice) historic apartment, but it is definitely not sealed or well insulated to the outside. My landlord says there is nothing she can do. We already have some sticky box traps and a few closed poison traps around, and I've stuffed some suspected holes with steel wool. We can't do anything extreme since we have DD, but I am on the warpath with LO2 coming. It's bad enough we already have one kid running around here. Any suggestions? GROSS!
