Weird pregnancy symptom?

This might be weird or gross but wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this. I've had what I thought was just a red mole appear in the last couple months and recently thought maybe it was a blood blister , so I pricked it to get the blood out so it would go away, bad idea! It bled and bled for almost 20 minutes, so much that I couldn't reach for anothe tissue with out it dripping in the floor. I'm hoping that this is just a weird prego thing with the increased blood flow anyways and it will go away after. Anyone else experience this???
