Hard Belly With No Contractions

Does anyone else have a hard belly with no contractions?

Last night I woke up multiple times with a fair amount of discomfort thinking I was having contractions. I went pee and laid back down, but then noticed that the hardness in my belly was regulated to one side of my belly, not at all down low, and seemed to be where the baby was positioned rather than all over.

I'm assuming this is all just because she's big now, and my body is little, and if she moves into a certain spot it's uncomfortable, but I'm shocked at how distinct and hard it is. Anyone else with similar experiences?
