Knot in wrist?

So yesterday I was at the hospital being monitored for high BP. They let me come home, but I am basically on modified bed rest. Today, when I woke up, I noticed a know on the top o my wrist. I had pree with DD1 so those symptoms I am familiar with, but this knot is weird, and it hurts. Anyone else have this or know what it is? I can't find anything about it, and I'm not sure if I should call me doc or LD to check...
