Name help

Willie's Girl

So we're currently torn between two boys names. Rowan or Theodore. Either would have William for a middle name. DH currently favors Rowan quite possibly because I mentioned I really wouldn't like Theo for a nickname...even though I accept that it will happen!.

Going by name meanings it looks like Rowan means "little red head" but there's no chance of that with our baby : I don't have any reference for these two since I don't know anyone with either of these names. Thoughts? TIA
