31wks...lots of contractions

Anyone else? This is my 2nd pregnancy and I did not experience BH until much later. I know that it's normal, to a point. I know that 4-5 an hour is the limit before calling the midwife/ob. I had an NST a few weeks back for this. However, last night and today I have had a ton of contractions. Since 11am, I think I have had at least 20. I stopped timing them because they were anywhere from 10-30 min apart, some closer, some further apart. WWYD? I'm normally in the, better safe than sorry side of things, but I also don't want to worry if this really is nothing and just BH. Help?
