Possible Tooth Extraction

Hi All - 

 Just got back from the dentist and got word that I may have to have a tooth pulled before LO is born. I'm fine with novicane, but my concern is the few days after the tooth is pulled. I've had a few teeth pulled in the past few years, and I've always been on pain meds (way stronger than Tylenol) for a few days after.

Anyone have a tooth pulled during pregnancy? Were the few days after without pain meds doable? Or, were you allowed to take anything stronger than Tylenol?
