What foods make you gassy?
I know gross and TMI, but seriously I made a smoothie with fat free vanilla yogurt, tbsp peanut butter, a banana, some strawberries and spinach. It was devine but I have terrible gas now. Thankfully not stinky but still...a wee bit embarrassing. Plus the stuffed mushrooms I made the other day had my belly feeling it all night long.
