What should I buy/stock up on for postpartum? When I get home I want everything here and ready for me. I have heard everything from large pads to small pads to adult diapers to filling a condom with water, freezing it and just resting it "down there"

So what did you do? What worked? What didnt work? Any advice/opinions are appreciated!
