Weight spike, but not swelling?

Hi all....I noticed this week that I gained 4 full lbs.....I've been steadily gaining a lb a week since week 6...so, this is an odd spike. I'm concerned because I've read that sudden weight gain can be something to mention to doctor....however, I'm not really swollen in the fingers or ankles...I am still wearing my rings/shoes, etc. Should I be concerned?
