Anyone use the Webster Technique to flip their baby?

I know this won't apply to many here since I'm 1/2 through the 3rd tri, but has anyone tried it? At what point in your pg? I'm currently 33w, IF I try it I'll be 34w when I'd start, just wondering if it's too late to start to have a good shot at it working. The reason I'd wait is I have an OB appt on Saturday, and before droping money on something to get him to flip, I'd prefer to make sure the cord isn't around his neck or anything and that's why he's staying breech (rare I know, but don't want to waste a few hundred bucks if he doesn't have enough length in his cord to turn). Thoughts on trying/starting so late?
