My bump deflated

I had a lovely round belly up until yesterday when I woke up to discover a rather flat, long beer gut looking thing had taken it's place. 

I assumed baby had dropped as my 24 hour heartburn has disappeared, but then I remembered that babies who are face up can also result in a flatter looking belly.

I've had increased pelvic pressure the last week or so, but don't have that "bowling ball between the legs" feeling that other people describe it feeling like when baby drops.  I was feeling baby movements in my butt yesterday though (I know, doesn't that sound lovely?)

Just looking for opinions as to whether this sounds like baby dropping or just flipping face up.
