20 weeks and allergies hit!

I had the worst sinus infection ever in weeks 69 and now going on to wk 20 my allergies are up and at 'em. Clogged ears, sneezing, stuffed nose, itchy nose and throat. In December, I didn't take a single medication save for saline spray and Ricola. Now that baby is a mangosized kicking machine, I feel a bit better about meds. I took one Benadryl last night.

But I'd still like to do that as minimally as possible. Any recommendations for nonmeds to soothe the allergies?

Also, flying from NC to NY next weekend. Would like to be feeling better by then. Thanks!
