20 Weeks and BH

Holy crap! BH sucks. As a reward for reaching 20 weeks, I've had two intense braxton hicks contractions. They're hours apart, so I'm not worried. I just naively thought they were no big deal. Can you tell I'm a clueless FTM? I don't know how some of you ladies have dealt with this so early. I plan on talking to my MW next Monday, but I wanted to ask here too.

How intense are yours? When did you start getting them? How do you deal with them?
